炒槐花茶的做法
1,將幹槐花放入蒸籠中,燒開,蒸20分鐘左右,攤於陰涼通風處,陰幹慢慢晾幹。
2.槐花陰幹後,準備壹個泥砂鍋,放在火上加熱。加入陰幹的槐花0.5斤,轉小火。用木鏟翻炒槐花,保持鍋內溫度在300度左右。
3.翻炒至槐花發出特殊的焦香味,加入壹兩個切碎的幹棗翻炒,翻炒5分鐘左右,再加入15ml蜂蜜,翻炒半分鐘左右,讓糖分完全滲入槐花。
4、關火,放入半個幹枸杞離火,離火後繼續將枸杞和槐花拌勻。
5.炒好後將槐花茶出鍋晾涼,但晾涼時間過長,也會影響口感。盡量把冷卻時間縮短到1小時。
