Californian Reigel once did a classic experiment which was called "customers visiting the Sales Hall".

A variety of flavor jam were displayed in the Sales Hall.Sometimes there were 24 kinds on display while sometimes 6 kinds.

壹個數據表明:走進大廳的人數,在闡釋24種時比只擺放6種時要高出百分之50,

According to a study,the number of the visiting customers can be 50 per cent higher when 24 kinds of jam on display in comparison with 6 kinds on display.

另壹個數據則顯示:當100個人走進提供24種果醬的大廳,僅僅有3個人購買了果醬;當50個人走進提供6種果醬的大廳,卻有15個人購買了果醬

And according to another study,when 100 customers visiting the Hall with 24 kinds of jam on display,only 3 of the customers bought the jam.While when 50 customers visiting the Hall with 6 kinds of jam on display,15 of them bought the jam.

面對可以選擇的數量越多,人們反而越擔心自己的選擇是不是最佳的

Funny and strange as this study may sound,it reflects the universal concern of humanity and that is:the more choices we possess,the more concern we will get when deciding which one is the best.
