阿膠做法
用料:阿膠500g,黑芝麻1000g,核桃仁500g,大杏仁250g,大棗500g,枸杞250g,冰糖250g,老黃酒1000g
1、準備好所以材料,將打粉完成後的阿膠倒入鍋中,倒入老黃酒,然後攪拌均勻,泡制24小時。

2、泡制24小時後,將冰糖倒入鍋中,攪拌均勻。

3、大火熬至開鍋,轉小火,在熬制過程中要用勺子不斷的攪拌以免粘鍋。

4、小火壹直熬制至阿膠汁液掛在勺子上不太會滴下來的程度。

5、將電磁爐調制保溫狀態,放入事前稱量好的核桃仁、大棗、枸杞、大杏仁並攪拌均勻。

6、接下來放入事先稱好的黑芝麻,黑芝麻比較多,要分成兩次放入減少攪拌難度。

7、充分攪拌均勻後就可以放入事前準備好的盤子裏了,方盤上面鋪上準備好的厚塑料膜,然後在塑料膜上提前抹上壹層植物油,方便晾幹後取下阿膠糕。

8、將阿膠糕趁熱壓平,然後就在阿膠糕上鋪壹層膜保持阿膠糕的衛生,就可以放在避光陰涼處讓它自己凝固成型了。
