自制PIZZA全攻略
Materials: flour, milk, butter, mozzarella, vegetables, meat, shrimp and olive oil.
原料:自發粉或面粉+發酵粉,牛奶,黃油,瑪蘇裏拉奶酪,各種蔬菜,肉類,鮮蝦及橄欖油。
STEP 1: combining the milk and butter (note: milk must be cool since the hot one will destroy the ferment)
步驟壹:將黃油溶於牛奶(註意:牛奶壹定要冷卻,高溫會破壞面粉發酵)
STEP 2: combining the flour with the mixed butter-milk made in Step 1 with an egg.
步驟二:用混合好的黃油奶加壹個生蛋,和面
STEP 3: waiting for the ferment and cooking the ketchup with black pepper and onion pieces, as well as making the vegetables ready.
步驟三:醒面,同時將番茄沙司加黑胡椒及洋蔥碎炒勻盛出備用,將蔬菜備好待用.
STEP 4: putting some olive oil on the dish, then spreading the paste on the baking dish and leaving it with small holes (see pic 4)
步驟四:在烤盤上放些橄欖油,將面團在烤盤上鋪開,用牙簽在面餅上紮若幹小孔.
STEP 5: putting the mixed ketchup and mozzarella on the paste and putting the dish into the oven for 10 minutes (see pic 5 & 6)
步驟四:在餅上塗抹炒好的番茄醬,撒上適裏的瑪蘇裏拉,放入爐中烤大約10分鐘.
STEP 6: taking out the paste and putting the vegetables and other material on it (see pic 7)
步驟六:將餅取出加入蔬菜等.
STEP 7: putting it into the oven and waiting for another 15 minutes
步七四:放入爐中烤大約15分鐘
STEP 8: ready to eat.
步驟八:大功告成,開吃.
